The following business will be considered at the general meeting:
- Ratification of Member Subscriptions for 2022/23 (in accordance with Clause 3.3 of the Club Constitution)
- Changes to the Trafalgar Golf Club Constitution.

A member may appoint another member as their proxy to vote on their behalf at the meeting. The voting/proxy form is to be submitted to the Secretary prior to 9am on Wednesday 27th April, 2022.

The following business will be considered at the annual general meeting:
- The annual report for the 2020/2021 financial year;
- The financial statements for the 2020/21 financial year;
- Election of Club Board Members into vacant positions;
- The appointment of Club Patron for the 2021/22 financial year;
- The appointment of the Club’s Golf West Gippsland Delegates for the 2021/22 financial year;
- The appointment of an auditor for the 2021/22 financial year; and
- General Business
