Please be advised that the 2025 AGM will take place in the clubrooms on Wednesday 17 September 2025 commencing at 7.00 p.m.

Nominations for vacant Board positions (Treasurer, Vice-Captain and the Board (2)) are now open and close at 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday 3 September.  Please note our two women board members (Anne Outhred and Di Moody) are not seeking re-election so we encourage other women members to consider applying.  Furthermore, our Treasurer Paul Fogarty is retiring from this position, and we are keen to see him replaced at the AGM.

Business to be conducted:

  • Receiving and considering the Annual Report of the Board on the activities of the association during the last financial year; including financial statements
  • Board elections
  • Appointment of Auditor, Patron and Golf West Gippsland Delegates
  • Consideration of Amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws – the six Motions will be considered individually without amendments
