Members of the Trafalgar Golf Club are hereby advised that the Annual General Meeting of Members will be held at the Club Premises, Gibsons Road, Trafalgar at 7.00pm on Wednesday 3rd March, 2021.
The following business will be considered at the annual general meeting:
- The annual report for the 2019/20 financial year;
- The financial statements for the 2019/20 financial year
- Election of General Committee; and
- The appointment of an auditor for the 2020/21 financial year.

A member may appoint another member as their proxy to vote on their behalf at the meeting. The voting/proxy form is to be submitted to the President prior to 9am on Tuesday 2nd March, 2021.
